What I’ve Been Up To…

Well… Since coming back last fall from the incredible theatre production “Refuge” I did in Nova Scotia, I decided it was time to give “Wardrobe Shark” some much needed attention! And it was well worth it! I have been doing ads and promotion, and have picked up some new clients! Now it is time for YOU! Home organization estimates are NO CHARGE! You have NOTHING to lose except unwanted clutter! And closets take just an afternoon for you to see your own possibilities! See the new pictures here on my site! Black History Month Review!

What an amazing month! My one-woman play “A New Hope” was met with great response, here in Toronto and in Nova Scotia. It was so rewarding to know that every time I did the show, proceeds were going to 2 very good causes: The Stephen Lewis Foundation Arts Funds, that helps those in Africa affected by aids heal through art, and The Black Loyalists Heritage Society in Shelburne, Nova Scotia. I also had the opportunity to work with Historica Dominion Institute and do a workshop about the history of the play and Black History in Canada, and did some of my workshops about music and...

A New Hope plays in Toronto and Nova Scotia for Black History Month!

Many people have asked me “when are you doing A New Hope” again, since so many have missed my performance in Toronto, and in the past I’ve only produced it in Nova Scotia. I am thrilled to let you all know I am FINALLY doing the production here in Toronto, and at the same time supporting a very worthy cause… THE STEPHEN LEWIS FOUNDATION ARTS FUND. This program uses art to heal and give hope in the frontlines of the AIDS pandemic. I hope you will come out to support this work. A HUGE thank you to ING Network Orange Cafe for allowing this work to take place at their...
